Human service
agencies looking for a convenient place to see
clients in the lower Beaver County area can make
arrangements to use space at the Franklin Center.
We currently have offices available at very reasonable
rates for full or part-time rental and can also
provide space for agencies who need to see clients
on an irregular or occasional basis.
The rental
fee includes receptionist services as well as
access to telephones, copier, and FAX. Contact

The Broadcast
Street Café, located at 464 Franklin Avenue,
Aliquippa, PA 15001 is available to the pubic
for events. This very large room has high-ceilings,
a tiled floor, in a space that is perfect for
children’s parties, celebrations, receptions,
and family reunions. Chairs are available at no
charge and a convenient counter affords a perfect
place for food or a materials display.

The AAUD manages
11 apartments in two buildings. The Murphy-Oliker
buildings at 464 and 437 Franklin Avenue offer
well-maintained one and two bedroom apartments
with refrigerators and stoves. Contact the AAUD

Room at the Renaissance Place can be reserved
for meetings. An overhead projector, a TV/VCR,
and a laptop computer (Windows) with a projector
