Ages: 11-18 yr. olds
Location: Community College of Beaver County
Pre-requisite: You must have participated in Biz Camp to join this program during the past 2 years OR have completed a business plan in some other setting (school, scouts, a competition, etc.).
In this program students will learn and practice advanced concepts in opportunity recognition, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. Our goal is to help prepare young entrepreneurs to compete for startup loans or seed capital from commercial banks, SBAs and microloan agencies. This program will include a Market Day for students to sell their products and a business plan competition at the end of the program. There is a stipend for this program.
